Identify and document moisture
Meter readings and, where useful, thermal imaging map how far moisture has travelled.

Extract standing water
Mechanical extraction removes as much water as possible before drying begins.

Dry and monitor the structure
Airflow and dehumidification are set and readings are re-checked on scheduled visits.

Clean and assess materials
Affected finishes and contents are cleaned or identified for removal based on their condition.

Review the restored area
We walk through the completed area with you and provide the project documentation.
